Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage +50 accounts while balancing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and renewals with focus on retention and satisfaction.
• Lead renewal processes for each account, ensuring needs are met and terms align with expectations.
• Identify and implement growth opportunities within accounts to drive incremental revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in each account.
