Job summary

Arrow ECS, part of Arrow Electronics, seeks a Citrix CSP UK Regional Sales Manager to drive growth with MSPs/CSPs and manage a defined partner portfolio. You will recruit, onboard, and enable partners, and champion ArrowSphere for recurring revenue opportunities.

Based in the UK with a fully remote arrangement, you will collaborate with sales, technical, and Citrix teams to deliver growth initiatives and ensure partner success in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

Typically requires 5–7 years of relevant experience with a 4-year degree.
Or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Equivalent professional experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard and develop MSPs and CSPs.
Develop partner business plans to drive CSP growth and profitability.
Drive adoption of ArrowSphere across the partner ecosystem.
Monitor performance indicators for partner growth and recurring revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver partner-focused growth initiatives.
Act as primary contact for CSP programme engagement across SGS and partners.
