Job summary

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a Microsoft Solutions Specialist for CAIP to own Arrow's CAIP strategy and drive reseller activation across the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Microsoft, Partner Development Managers and Arrow’s CAIP team to enable campaigns, manage a marketing budget, and execute CAIP motions that win new customer workloads while aligning to FY objectives. This role is remote in the UK.

Qualifications

• Strong background in IT relationship management and partner engagement.
• Experience with Microsoft and the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
• Interest in cloud, AI solutions, or related tech.
• Proven ability to run structured partner motions and enablement initiatives.
• Experience leading meetings and engaging senior vendor stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of CAIP plays in line with KPIs and frameworks.
• Engage with Microsoft CAIP stakeholders through cadence calls and reviews.
• Drive new customer and workload acquisition via indirect channel partners.
• Enable reseller partners to position and sell CAIP solutions through structured plays.
• Manage a dedicated marketing budget and deliver CAIP-aligned campaigns.
• Collaborate with partners to activate CAIP campaigns and incentives.
• Lead CAIP-focused webinars and enablement sessions with stakeholders.
• Track performance and pipeline progression with Rhythm of Business cadence.
• Support lifecycle motions including acquisition, renewals, and upsell.
