Job summary

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking an Account Manager in its Client Services department for the UK. The role focuses on developing and sustaining client relationships, driving sales from lead generation through contract signing, and ensuring post-service follow-ups to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

You will negotiate with clients, deliver effective sales presentations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of gaming regulations and GLI services.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience writing reports and business correspondence.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to negotiate and secure business and maintain relationships.
• Deliver sales presentations to clients.
• Provide professional, courteous, and timely client support.
• Forecast client activity and set performance goals.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs.
• Maintain understanding of GLI services, tools and training offerings.
• Maintain CRM records and generate reports.
• Participate in tradeshows or regulatory conferences when necessary.
• Coordinate training and audits for clients as needed.
