Job summary

Not Just Travel is looking for an experienced Travel Operations Executive to support Personal Travel Consultants throughout the customer journey, from bookings to pre-travel arrangements. You will work across post-booking processing, supplier liaison, and financial checks to ensure accurate bookings.

This UK-based role offers remote working with Bournemouth HQ, a permanent full-time position, and a 35-hour week with Saturdays. Competitive salary DOE + benefits and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel operations, booking administration or aftersales roles.
• Good understanding of travel booking processes including confirmations and amendments.
• Ability to identify/resolve booking discrepancies and complex inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Support Personal Travel Consultants throughout the customer journey from bookings to amendments and pre-travel arrangements.
• Handle post-booking processing, supplier liaison, and financial checks.
• Prepare travel documentation and manage schedule changes; address complex operational inquiries with ownership.
