Job summary

Not Just Travel is recruiting a Customer Support Executive to join our UK-based team, supporting Travel Consultants, customers, suppliers and trade partners. The role encompasses telephone, email, live chat and ticketing systems to deliver timely, accurate help.

You will handle a mix of enquiries, coordinate with various teams, log case details and drive issues to resolution with empathy and clarity.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in customer service or support.
• Experience using ticketing systems such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
• Strong written communication and excellent attention to detail.
• Calm, empathetic and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional support via telephone, email, live chat and ticketing systems.
• Respond to enquiries from Travel Consultants, customers, suppliers and trade partners.
• Log, manage and resolve support tickets within agreed service levels.
• Investigate queries, coordinate with internal teams and take ownership through to resolution.
• Assist with booking and payment-related enquiries, involving relevant departments when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, case updates and resolutions.
• Manage competing priorities while meeting response times and service standards.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas to improve customer support processes.
