The Travel Operations Executive role is based in the UK with remote work or Bournemouth HQ.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel operations and post-booking activity.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and handle aftersales tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage bookings, amendments, cancellations and documentation accurately.
• Check booking details, supplier confirmations, invoices, costs and commissions for accuracy.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and schedule changes.
• Support Personal Travel Consultants with clear answers and timely updates.
• Handle complex enquiries and take ownership through resolution.
• Maintain accurate booking records and up-to-date systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Payments to resolve queries.
• Meet service levels, quality standards and deadlines.
• Follow travel industry regulations and internal procedures.
• Share knowledge and contribute to process improvements.
