Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group is seeking an Event Travel Manager who will act as the lead contact for a dedicated client, managing multiple small to medium group air bookings. You will work with the Operations Director, Team Manager, and M&E team to deliver seamless service.

The role requires strong end-to-end project management, coordination of air/rail travel, and negotiation with suppliers to maximise value while serving CTM M&E. Hybrid role with London office 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in Group Travel, Event Travel or Business Travel.
• Proven ability to manage group air bookings and complex travel programmes.
• Knowledge of Sabre is highly desirable; language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management for multiple group air programs (up to 600 passengers/month).
• Coordinate air and rail travel and liaise with suppliers to secure cost-effective fares.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders; occasional on-site event support.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and destination studies; participate in client pitches.
• Oversee budgets and final reconciliation of accounts.
