Job summary

Arco is seeking a commercially driven Territory Account Manager to lead growth across Teesside and surrounding areas, managing existing accounts and winning new business. This field-based role requires travel across the territory, with remote working options and a strong focus on value-based selling and pipeline development.

You will own the territory strategy, build relationships at multiple levels, and deliver measurable revenue growth while maintaining margin and CRM discipline.
