Arco in Belfast is seeking a commercially driven Territory Account Manager to grow our portfolio, win new accounts, and deliver value across the Belfast Area. You’ll own your territory strategy, build a robust pipeline, and develop relationships at multiple levels to increase share of wallet with a solutions-based approach.

Qualifications

• Must have growth mindset with proven profitable growth via account management and new business acquisition.
• Focus on profitable growth over transactional volume.
• Excellent relationship builder with experience identifying and developing key contacts across procurement, operations and HSE.
• Accountable for performance, pipeline and forecasting.
• Highly resilient and able to drive momentum in a competitive environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety related services, products and markets.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Drive profitable and sustainable revenue growth within territory while creating long-term value.
• Increase share of wallet within existing portfolio through deeper product category penetration and value-based selling.
