Job summary

Change Grow Live is recruiting a proactive Technology Analyst to join our Technology Projects and Innovation team, working remotely with occasional travel to CGL locations. The role involves translating business needs into clear technology requirements and ensuring solutions improve quality, efficiency and impact of services.

You will engage stakeholders across the organisation, capture processes, map improvements, and communicate findings effectively.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Empathetic and supportive approach to users of our services.
• Strong IT knowledge including Microsoft applications.
• Experience in analysing and solving business problems.
• Highly organised with administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with colleagues across CGL to capture and document current processes.
• Capture requirements to support new workstreams within IT.
• Analyse, refine, report, and confirm processes with stakeholders.
• Document processes and identify efficiency and quality improvements.
• Communicate between team members and stakeholders clearly and timely.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Set and manage project expectations with the team and stakeholders.
• Assess processes and make improvement recommendations.
• Conduct solution reviews and create a recommendations report.
