Job summary

SRLV, a London-based accountancy firm, seeks a Business Change and Technology Project Manager to turn ideas into delivered changes across the practice. You will balance project governance with practical change management to streamline workflows and drive adoption of new processes.

The role focuses on reducing unnecessary demands on partners while aligning IT, business analysis and implementation teams. Collaborative leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience combining business analysis, project management and change delivery.
• Experience mapping and improving operational workflows.
• Strong stakeholder-management and workshop-facilitation skills.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, plans and milestones.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with suppliers, risks and delivery momentum.
• PM certification such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ, AgilePM or equivalent.
• Experience in accountancy practice or regulated professional services.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: define scope, ownership, risks and decisions; deliver through to handover.
• Workflow and Analysis: map current/proposed processes and design improvements.
• Software/AI: assess systems, identify gaps, and pilot automation opportunities.
• Change and Adoption: design communications, training, and monitor usage for effective adoption.
