RES Group is seeking a highly motivated IT Business Analyst to join our Project Management team in the United Kingdom. You will bridge IT and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with objectives.

You will elicit and document requirements, support change management, and help develop business cases, process flows, and system specifications. Strong analysis and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Management or related field.
• Experience in a business analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and business analysis techniques.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements via interviews and workshops.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement for projects.
• Develop business cases, charters, and process flows.
• Ensure project scope aligns with objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Analyse current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in test planning and user acceptance testing (UAT).
