Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Management or related field.
• Experience in a business analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and business analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements via interviews and workshops.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement for projects.
• Develop business cases, charters, and process flows.
• Ensure project scope aligns with objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Analyse current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in test planning and user acceptance testing (UAT).
