Change Grow Live is seeking an Innovation Partner to join the Technology Directorate. The role is remote with regional hub options, requiring occasional travel to CGL locations. You will drive innovation, advise on digital solutions, and support both operational and central teams to improve processes and service delivery.

• Challenge existing ways of working and promote digital solutions across the business.
• Help shape future technology initiatives and translate ideas into practical programmes.
