Phorest is hiring for a 9-month fixed-term remote Customer Support role across Northern Ireland, Ireland and the UK. You will handle 17+ tickets daily, resolve issues via phone, email, or remote access, and become a product expert to support salon and spa clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Support.
• 1+ year of experience in Technical Support.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Genuine passion for speaking to and supporting customers.
• Strong ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of investigation, diagnosis, and resolution of customer questions.
• Become a product expert on Phorest’s software.
• Advocate for clients and provide product feedback to internal teams.
• Test new features, bug fixes, and improvements and provide feedback to teams.
