Job summary

Tria is seeking a Head of Operational & Technology Platforms to lead a global IT transformation. This remote role involves occasional travel to UK offices and requires building a new capability to support business operations and the broader technology estate.

You will drive platform strategy, governance, and roadmaps, standardise platforms, and lead ITSM/ITAM/CMDB and observability initiatives across federated business units. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise platforms and technology teams.
• Experience in federated or multi-business organisations.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, CMDB and observability tools.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC).

Responsibilities

• Define and drive platform strategy, governance and roadmaps.
• Standardise and rationalise platforms across divisions.
• Lead the development of ITSM, ITAM, CMDB and observability capabilities.
• Deliver visibility of applications, assets, licences and risks.
• Manage technology vendors, budgets and platform performance.
• Build and lead the Operational & Technology Platforms team.
• Support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives from design to live operation.
