Job summary

The Big Life Group is offering a Technical Business Analyst Level 4 Apprenticeship in Manchester. You will join the technology team to learn how business analysis supports digital systems and processes across services.

This apprenticeship-based role provides training, supervision and on‑the‑job experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process mapping and testing, with 20% of time spent on apprenticeship work as you develop into a capable business analyst.

Qualifications

• No prior advanced technical knowledge required; training, support and supervision provided.
• You’ll learn how business analysis drives digital transformation and how to gather user needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, improvement and implementation of digital systems and business processes across Big Life.
• Learn how business analysis helps organisations understand problems and develop practical digital solutions.
• Document current ways of working and assist with testing and rolling out changes to systems and applications.
• Work towards the Level 4 Business Analyst apprenticeship standard over 12–18 months in post.
