• A Level 3 qualification plus 12+ months of work experience.
• A business-related degree (e.g. business, finance, economics, maths).
• A non-business degree plus 6+ months of work experience.
• Existing staff with 2+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Analysts and Project Managers with analysis activities across projects and change initiatives.
• Assist with gathering information through meetings, workshops, shadowing and reviewing existing documentation.
• Document requirements, processes and analysis outputs using templates and standards.
• Maintain analysis artefacts, logs and documentation repositories in a clear, accurate and organised manner.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities, including meeting preparation, note-taking and follow-up actions.
