Responsibilities

• Support development, improvement, and implementation of digital systems and processes across Big Life.
• Learn how business analysis helps organisations understand problems, identify user needs, and develop practical digital solutions.
• Document current ways of working and assist with testing and rollout of changes to systems and applications.
• Collaborate with colleagues from different services to understand how systems are used and where processes could be improved.
• Allocate 20% of working time to focus on your apprenticeship qualification.
