The program blends structured training with on-the-job experience, leading to permanent employment after successful completion and a pathway to future roles within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel and data handling.
• Good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Business Analysts and Project Managers with analysis activities.
• Investigating business processes and gathering information via meetings and reviews.
• Documenting requirements, processes and analysis outputs using templates.
• Maintaining analysis artefacts and documentation repositories clearly.
• Engaging with stakeholders and preparing meeting notes and follow-ups.
• Assisting with testing, business acceptance and transition to BAU.
