MyEdSpace is seeking a Tech Lead to guide engineering across backend, frontend, and AI-infused features. You will shape architecture, drive quality and velocity, and mentor engineers worldwide. The role emphasizes collaboration with product and design in a fast-scaling environment.

You’ll lead initiatives on cloud-native systems and CI/CD, fostering an inclusive culture and aligning technical decisions with product outcomes. Remote within UK-friendly hours.

Qualifications

• Senior engineers with leadership experience in fast-paced, product-led environments.
• Strong architecture skills for API-first, modular designs and scalable systems.
• AI-first approach with familiarity with LLMs and agentic tools.
• Experience across the stack including backend and modern frontend frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of engineers.
