Job summary

Blue Education in London is seeking a Technical Product Lead to identify high‑value product opportunities and guide ideas from discovery through prototype, MVP and implementation. You will work closely with academic and leadership teams to understand admissions challenges and prototype quickly using AI‑assisted, no‑code and low‑code tools.

This role bridges research, product opportunity and technical delivery, focusing on turning internal expertise into usable school‑facing products and scalable

Qualifications

• Around three to five years of product management or related hands-on role.
• Ability to diagnose ambiguous problems and translate into MVP scopes and delivery plans.
• Practical experience using AI tools, no-code or low-code platforms, or AI-assisted coding tools to create prototypes.
• Able to work with APIs, data, integrations and databases at a practical level.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value product opportunities with the academic team, leadership and operational users.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear user journeys, MVP scopes and delivery plans.
• Build lightweight prototypes, proof-of-concepts, dashboards and MVPs using AI-assisted coding, no-code/low-code and SaaS platforms.
• Write clear briefs for freelance developers, agencies or external partners and manage external development.
• Test prototypes with internal users and schools, gather feedback and translate evidence into product improvements.
