Aufgaben

• Check that the correct online form was received and identify missing fields
• Connect supporting documents to the appropriate supplier case
• Do not approve suppliers or decide on compliance requirements
• Match each submission with its supplier reference and flag missing or unreadable items
• Explain to suppliers what needs attention and where to send corrected information
• Maintain a clear audit trail for remote records and keep a small queue of pending items
• Be prepared for training; prior procurement experience is not required
• Work remotely with attention to privacy and strict handling of sensitive data
