Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in dealing with investigation and repair of damaged buildings, including subsidence movement.
• Chartered or approaching chartered status with a relevant institution (ICE, IStructE, RICS, CIOB).
• Experience in insurance claims handling is desirable but training will be given.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Survey properties and diagnose subsidence causes.
• Investigate damage and diagnose movement causes; report findings to subsidence teams.
• Prepare client reports on property damage and insurance matters; direct investigations for causation and repairs.
• Support and training from mentors; full Chartered pathway and insurance qualifications offered.
