• Experience in asset management or social housing.
• Experience in a data or analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Analysing asset data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Producing reports, dashboards and insights using Excel and Power BI.
• Mapping current (as-is) processes and helping design improved (to-be) solutions.
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Supporting the integration and consistency of data across systems.
