Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Asset Management.
• Deep knowledge of asset management processes and data.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and cloud data platforms.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows and GenAI tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics.
• Work with data, engineering, and technology teams on analytics initiatives.
• Validate data, reconcile results, and support UAT.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and reviews.
• Leverage AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, and productivity.
• Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
