Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Strategic Asset Intelligence Manager in the UK to lead estate intelligence and asset management for complex contracts.

You will translate condition, performance and lifecycle data into proactive recommendations that support asset plans, investments and compliance, partnering with client teams and the Insights function. The role spans strategic estate insight, risk management and AI-enabled decision support, driving long-term value across UK sites with mobility across client

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategic asset management within complex environments.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable client guidance.
• Experience supporting mobilisation and transition of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert asset intelligence to support lifecycle planning and investment prioritisation.
• Translate asset data into strategic insight for governance and decision making.
• Lead client advisory on estate performance, risk, and compliance.
• Collaborate with BI and operations to align reporting and dashboards.
• Support mobilisation and transition to BAU with evidence-led delivery.
