Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Asset Intelligence Manager in the UK to lead asset information, lifecycle intelligence and performance insights.

You will translate data into strategic recommendations that drive asset management plans, compliance and investment prioritisation, working with the client and internal teams to mature the decision-making process. The role sits in Estates Intelligence, a hybrid contract requiring collaboration across operations, assurance and client governance.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Asset Management, Facilities Management or related field.
• Demonstrable experience in asset management, estate intelligence or data-driven estate environments.
• Chartered or working toward membership (Desirable).
• Experience in public sector or regulated contract environments (Desirable).
• Ability to translate data into senior-level insight and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity and translation of asset data into assured, audit-ready intelligence.
• Lead mobilisation and transition to BAU for asset intelligence capability.
• Provide expert advice on asset management strategy, lifecycle planning and compliance.
• Collaborate with BI to align asset data, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Support development of Asset Management Plans, FMRs and investment priorities.
