Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Pathology Solutions Account Manager to drive growth across the UKI region. You will lead large, complex total solution opportunities and end-to-end tenders, aligning with NHS pathology networks and securing long-term contracts.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager, travel up to 50%, and manage strategic relationships with senior leaders while benefiting from a flexible remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in account management and sales within life sciences or diagnostics.
• Strong relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to influence decisions.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams including Sales, Applications, Service and Customer Care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the growth of LBS managed service contracts within UKI.
• Develop and manage large, complex total solution opportunities and end-to-end tenders.
• Support the sales cycle for UKI MSC customers from presales activities, tenders and renewals.
• Map and align with network consolidation across the region; own a Key Managed Service Account.
• Engage with senior leaders and C-suite to drive business outcomes for LBS.
