Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Senior Specialist to drive regional growth across Scotland with a strong Aberdeen emphasis. You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, engaging with diverse customers across the energy sector and leveraging your technical knowledge to tailor solutions.

Candidates should have proven B2B sales experience, solutions selling acumen, and a customer-first mindset. English fluency, a driving license, and independence are essential for success in this role.

• Proven B2B sales experience with enterprise customers.
• Experience selling integrated hardware, software and services.
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Energy or Petrochemical sectors.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Self-starter with motivation to work independently and within a team.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills and a valid driving license.

• Develop and manage a regional pipeline with emphasis on Aberdeen/Scotland.
