Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Manager - Integrated Solutions to lead complex tendering and commercial proposals in the Aberdeen area. The role emphasizes relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and risk assessment to deliver competitive, shareholder-value driven deals.

You will negotiate with clients, manage key accounts, and coordinate multi-stakeholder processes across technical, financial, and contractual domains. Fluent English and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience.
• Have a structured, analytical approach to problems and strong communication with customers.
• Fluent in English with interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing.
• May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
• Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
• Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
• Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
• Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
• Handling important clients for a product line.
• Cooperating with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.
