Job summary

NiCE Actimise, the leading provider of financial crime, risk and compliance solutions, is seeking a Senior Portfolio Solution Engineer in London with remote options. You will work in a dynamic presales role to understand client needs and demonstrate how Actimise delivers value.

You will lead PoCs, RFI/RFP responses, and technical presentations, travel ~40%+ to client sites, and collaborate with sales and product management to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role in financial services or enterprise software.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willing to travel to customer sites 40%+.
• Knowledge of financial crime solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME in financial crime and compliance.
• Engage with prospects/clients to understand requirements from current and aspirational perspectives.
• Position solutions to prospect needs and articulate business value.
• Deliver product presentations to technical and executive audiences with demos.
• Lead PoCs with client, sales, and technical presales teams.
• Complete RFIs/RFPs and coordinate communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in trade shows, seminars and industry events.
