Job summary

NMI is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the Solutions Engineering team. This remote role in the UK connects Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure customers successfully integrate and adopt NMI's payment technologies.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Solutions/Sales Engineering or related roles, strong communication skills, and experience with FinTech or SaaS platforms. You will document architectures, deliver demonstrations, and support onboarding with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Solutions/Sales Engineering or similar.
• Experience in FinTech or SaaS environments.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualify customer requirements with Account Executives and Channel Managers.
• Recommend tailored solutions and evaluate feasibility of requests needing development.
• Produce solution designs and onboarding plans for smooth handover.
• Deliver tailored platform demonstrations and training for partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Security for RFPs and feedback.
