Job summary

Consult is seeking an experienced End-to-End Solution Architect for a senior, client-facing role. You will orchestrate complex, multi-tower solutions and lead proposals for enterprise customers.

The position focuses on shaping large outsourcing or transformation deals, working with senior stakeholders, and driving commercial value through AI-enabled redesigns and innovative delivery models. Remote with travel to customer sites, 3-month contract with extension potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales solution architecture or bid solutioning role within a large professional services, managed services or outsourcing organisation.
• Proven track record of shaping and winning large transformation or outsourcing opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience building business cases, delivery models and pricing assumptions.
• Broad understanding of service areas including technology, contact centre operations, business services, HR, supply chain or finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end solution definition for complex, multi-service opportunities valued at over €10 million.
• Work directly with customer stakeholders, including senior executives and C-suite leaders, to understand requirements and shape winning value propositions.
• Orchestrate solution design across multiple service towers including technology, customer care, business services, HR, supply chain and finance.
• Facilitate AI-native redesign workshops, helping customers transform journeys and business processes through AI, automation and human expertise.
• Build delivery models, staffing plans and effort estimates, ensuring solutions are realistic, scalable and commercially viable.
• Collaborate with commercial, pricing and bid teams to create profitable proposals and manage solution risk.
• Present solutions during customer workshops, bid orals and executive review sessions, acting as the overall owner of the solution strategy.

Join a leading technology-communications company as an End-to-End Solution Architect, leading the design of large-scale, AI-enabled transformation solutions for global customers.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Solution Architect to join a high-performing pre-sales and solutioning team. This is a senior, customer-facing role responsible for orchestrating complex, multi-tower solutions and leading the creation of compelling proposals for enterprise customers. This role is ideal for someone with a strong professional services background who combines commercial acumen with broad service knowledge and experience shaping large outsourcing or transformation deals.

Contract Details

• Contract Length: 3 months (with visibility to extend)
• Location: Remote (travel to customer’s sites is required)
• Day Rate: £650 per day (inside IR35)

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience in a pre-sales solution architecture or bid solutioning role within a large professional services, managed services or outsourcing organisation.
• Proven track record of shaping and winning large, multi-million-pound transformation or outsourcing opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience building business cases, delivery models, pricing assumptions and value propositions.
• Broad understanding of one or more service areas including technology, contact centre operations, business services, HR, supply chain or finance.
• Experience working within consulting and outsourcing environments is highly desirable.Knowledge of AI-enabled transformation, intelligent automation, generative AI and AI-led operating model design would be advantageous.
