Job summary

MRI Software is expanding its Account Management Team in the UK. The role focuses on cross-selling a broad range of real estate solutions and building strong relationships with decision makers to ensure satisfaction, retention and account growth.

You will maximise repeat licence revenue, recommend solutions, and leverage Salesforce for forecasts and pipeline management. A proactive, energetic candidate who can operate across multiple stakeholders will excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software sales experience.
• Experience in property management sector advantageous.
• Ability to organise workload and use initiative to create opportunities.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts and cross-sell MRI solutions.
• Represent MRI to decision makers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maximise licence revenue and manage forecasts in Salesforce.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and negotiate terms.
• Maintain pipeline from enquiry to closure in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales Ops, Marketing, Development and Implementation teams.
