Job summary

Huntress, a remote-first cybersecurity company, is hiring for an entry-level role focused on providing exceptional customer support for security incidents. You will bridge partners with our SOC team, translating complex threats into actionable guidance.

You will collaborate across Product Support and SOC, escalating issues, and helping maintain strong partner relationships while working Tue–Sat in a remote UK setting.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role requiring strong customer service and cybersecurity understanding.
• Ability to communicate complex SOC concepts in clear, actionable terms.
• Willingness to work Tue–Sat and adapt in a fast-paced security environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Huntress incident reports via phone, email, and chat.
• Explain SOC concepts, log data and product behavior in understandable terms.
• Lead high-severity calls with partners and document decisions and next steps.
• Coordinate with Product Support, SOC, and other teams to clarify detection coverage.
• Troubleshoot product issues and assist with product-related requests.
• Advocate for partner needs and provide timely responses.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and runbooks.
