Job summary

Huntress in the United Kingdom is seeking a Manager, Security Operations Center - EMEA to lead our 24/7 global SOC team and define scalable processes. This remote UK position offers strategic influence across regions and collaboration with Product, Sales and Support to meet security objectives.

You'll drive incident response, improve playbooks, and mentor analysts, while aligning with company mission and ensuring strong service levels for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Security Analyst experience in a global 24x7 SOC with focus on Windows forensics.
• Two+ years of team lead or managerial experience in a global operations center or Incident Response role.

Responsibilities

• Define and streamline processes, workflows, and playbooks for day-to-day operations.
• Ensure 24/7 365 coverage with global shift planning.
• Mentor analysts and enable career growth across regions.
• Develop training programs for Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Malware Analysis, and Threat Hunting.
• Prioritize new capabilities with Product to augment analyst capabilities.
• Quality assure regional outputs and workflows.
