The successful candidate will mentor analysts, develop training programs, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing to align security initiatives with company goals.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in security operations, including global 24x7 SOC responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead diverse cybersecurity teams and manage initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and enforce internal processes to improve productivity across global SOC.
• Ensure 24/7 shift coverage and adherence to SLAs.
• Mentor analysts and lead training programs in DFIR, malware analysis, and detection engineering.
