Job summary

Wing is seeking a Shopify Operations Manager to lead our remote Shopify store, oversee the customer service team, monitor order statuses, and coordinate with factories to ensure smooth stock arrivals.

You will build and maintain SOPs in Notion, track weekly KPIs, and keep projects organized while reporting to senior management. This role is fully remote with UK-friendly hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a Shopify store and multi-SKU inventory.
• Strong customer service leadership with KPI tracking.
• Ability to build SOPs and operate without supervision.
• Experience with Notion for SOPs and project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CS team, monitor response times and handle escalations.
• Forecast stock levels, coordinate with factories and manage logistics.
• Update inventory, track orders, and send customer tracking information.
• Develop and maintain Notion SOPs, workflows, and weekly KPI reporting.
