Job summary

LMG Staffing Solutions, on behalf of Logical Media Group, seeks a Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager to lead delivery, manage client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple Shopify engagements. This is a freelance contractor role for an agency environment.

You will own project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications; guide Asana boards, roadmaps, and QA; nurture long-term client partnerships and identify upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, account management, digital agency operations, and Shopify/eCommerce.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; experience with Asana.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery for multiple Shopify engagements across cross-functional teams.
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact.
• Coordinate design, development, SEO, and email teams; maintain timelines and budgets.
• Conduct QA reviews, mentor junior staff, and escalate risks when needed.
• Assist with quoting, scoping, and proposal preparation when required.
