Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Services Engagement Manager (SEM) to set customers up for success within a Veeva ClinData Implementation. You will serve as a solution expert, aligning with Sales, Strategy and Services to shape scoping, timelines, staffing and costs.

The role focuses on delivering proposals and SOWs, managing client expectations, and coordinating with partners for a smooth implementation. Travel is limited to under 25%, and a strong background in life sciences and clinical data

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering consulting services or selling services for Clinical Data Applications.
• 2+ years scoping/defining project plans, resource models, or negotiating SOWs.
• Understanding of clinical trials data capture, including EDC, IVRS, CTMS and eCOA.
• Experience in Life Sciences industry is preferred.
• Ability to engage executive leadership and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with services and sales to provide implementation proposals and build confidence with prospects.
• Set client and internal stakeholder expectations with a focus on long-term success.
• Align with partner ecosystem and coordinate efforts across teams.
• Position and promote training and support solutions for the customer journey.
• Travel up to 25% as needed to support engagements.
