Qualifications

• Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture or senior technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of CSM and FSM processes.
• Experience designing solutions for complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of complex CSM and FSM solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable ServiceNow architectures.
• Define integrations between ServiceNow and CRM, ERP and third-party platforms.
• Provide technical direction across design, development and deployment.
• Advise on security and identity integrations including SSO, SAML and OAuth.
