Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant to lead Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics implementations. You will drive design, delivery, and client success, acting as a trusted advisor on reporting, analytics, data modelling, and business insight solutions.

You will combine deep expertise with delivery leadership, pre-sales support, and mentoring to grow the Workday practice while ensuring outcomes align with Workday best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Active Workday Reporting Certification required.
• Workday Prism Analytics Certification highly desirable.
• 7+ years of Workday implementation experience, including multiple end-to-end deployments.
• Proven experience leading Reporting and/or Prism Analytics workstreams on medium to large implementations.
• Deep expertise in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics SME, guiding reporting strategy and analytics.
• Lead client workshops and design discussions to define scalable solutions.
• Own solution design and oversee configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Act as functional lead for medium to large Workday projects, managing risks and dependencies.
• Design and deliver advanced reporting using Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and dashboards.
• Advise on reporting strategy, data governance, and self-service analytics adoption.
