Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Workday Reporting & Prism Senior Principal Consultant in the UK to lead design, delivery and success of Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics implementations. You will guide clients and delivery teams, shape reporting strategies, and ensure outcomes align with Workday best practices.

With 7+ years in Workday deployments, you will mentor peers, contribute to pre‑sales, and help grow Cognizant's Workday practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Active Workday Reporting Certification required.
• Workday Prism Analytics Certification highly desirable.
• 7+ years of Workday implementation experience, including multiple end-to-end deployments.
• Proven experience leading Reporting and Prism Analytics workstreams on medium to large implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics SME, guiding reporting strategy and analytics.
• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and design discussions to define scalable solutions.
• Own solution design and oversight across configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Act as the functional lead for medium to large Workday Reporting and Prism implementations, managing key decisions and risks.
• Design and deliver advanced reporting solutions using Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Prism Analytics.
• Advise clients on reporting strategy, data governance, and self-service reporting capabilities.
• Partner with HCM, Financials, Integrations, Security, and Change Management teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support data extraction, transformation, validation, and modelling activities within Prism.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and coach consultants, contributing to practice development.
