Cognizant is seeking a Workday Reporting & Prism Senior Principal Consultant to lead complex reporting and analytics implementations for clients in the UK. You will drive strategy, design, and delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to project teams and executives.

You will guide workshops, own the end-to-end solution design, and mentor junior staff, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business outcomes and Workday best practices are met.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of Workday implementation experience with end-to-end deployments.
• Active Workday Reporting Certification required; Prism Analytics certification desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, delivery and success of Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics implementations.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and design discussions with clients.
• Own solution design across configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to practice development.
