Cognizant is searching for a Senior Principal Consultant with extensive experience in Workday Financials to lead complex projects in the UK. You'll serve as a strategic bridge between business and technical teams, delivering scalable data-driven accounting solutions.

Your role involves end-to-end solution design and delivery, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement. Ideal candidates have strong backgrounds in finance transformation, ERP consulting, and Workday tools.

Formación

• 8-12+ years of ERP consulting experience, with strong exposure to finance transformation and data-led solutions.
• 5+ years of Workday Financials implementation experience, including Accounting Center and/or Prism Analytics.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience within consulting teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Accounting Center solutions.
• Guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operational phases.
• Define and lead data strategy, ensuring alignment between finance and data teams.
