Job summary

Randstad Sourceright is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for a UK-based remote role. You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for up to 25 open positions, partnering with line managers and stakeholders to define required skills and build diverse pipelines across Supply Chain and R&D domains.

In this role, you will leverage HireVue and Workday ATS to source, assess and extend offers, while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and alignment to the company's employer brand.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to define role requirements.
• Proven track record of data-driven talent decisions.

Responsibilities
