Job summary

Fluence Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead turn-key EPC battery energy storage projects. You will manage budgets, schedules and teams, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple projects within a global, matrixed environment.

The role reports to the Head of Projects, UK & Ireland, and requires strong communication with executives, customers, vendors, and partners. Remote work in the UK is possible with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or technical field.
• 10+ years in project/ construction management within power generation.
• 5+ years P&L responsibility delivering turnkey projects.
• Familiarity with electrical codes/standards; DS3/SEM knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead turn-key EPC battery energy storage projects end-to-end.
• Manage budgets, schedules, people allocation, and safety/quality plans.
• Coordinate with EPCs, suppliers, and partners; resolve issues.
• Report to Head of Projects UK & Ireland; travel up to 30%.
