Job summary

Fluence UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead turn-key EPC battery energy storage projects with P&L responsibility for programs up to $30M+. You will report to the Head of Projects, UK & Ireland, and operate in a matrixed, global environment to deliver projects on time, on budget, and safely, with a strong emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline.
Combined 10 years’ experience in project management, construction management, or engineering within the power generation market.
Minimum 5 years P&L responsibility delivering equipment supply or turn-key projects.
Familiarity with electrical equipment codes & standards and turn-key energy infrastructure project construction.

Responsibilities

Lead turn-key EPC battery energy storage projects through delivery from contract close to handover.
Maintain P&L responsibility for projects up to $30M+ value.
Ensure safety, quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery in line with ISO 9001.
Coordinate with EPC, equipment delivery and partners throughout the project delivery phase.
Manage and mentor teams across engineering, scheduling, budgets, and risk management.
