Job summary

Avid in London is seeking a Senior Presales Solutions Specialist with deep expertise in post-production workflows (video editing, color, mastering) to demonstrate the value of our video production solutions to customers.

You will partner with Sales and Customer Success, qualify opportunities, deliver engaging demos, and guide customers through Proof of Concept while highlighting cloud architectures and data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong post-production workflow expertise.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to ~40%.
• Cloud certifications or hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver engaging customer and partner presentations and solution demonstrations, remotely and onsite.
• Build, configure, and maintain demo systems that showcase Avid solutions.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce.com opportunity updates with customer interactions and next steps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and define deliverables (quotes, SOWs, security responses).
• Lead Proof of Concept engagements with strong application/workflow expertise.
• Explain cloud workflow value and data insights to customers.
